Seven interactive training sessions are presented with clear success criteria to help PM’s manage the job from award of the contract to receipt of the final payment! Benefit from a larger scope of understanding of the construction process. Class is limited to 20 people.

Attendance, class participation, and completion of assignments are important. Each student will be expected to give a presentation as part of this course.

- After serving in the USAF, Terry Boyer
worked for 45 years in the electrical/ mechanical field; 25 of those years as a project manager. Terry is a highly successful project manager and has a great desire to pass his knowledge and experience on to the new generation of project managers. He has taught the Essentials of Construction Management course since the first time it was introduced in September 2004.
