Manheim/Mount Joy area: Construction trade association seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join its Education Team to provide full educational administrative assistance.
Must have the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team, and under tight deadlines; have strong organizational skills; and possess the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. Successful candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environment, along with intermediate level data entry skills. Must be knowledgeable in computerized database maintenance.
The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree or some college along with five to seven years administrative and/or educational administrative experience. Candidate must have the ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work.
