FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – January 27, 2021

(MANHEIM, Pa.) The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) is pleased to announce that Cleo Weaver (Lancaster), Triangle Refrigeration Co. (Leola), has been named 2021 Chair of the Board.

Cleo Weaver founded his family business, Triangle Refrigeration Co., in 1969 as sole proprietor. Following humble beginnings, Triangle continued to grow and now supports 150 employees. In 2016, Cleo semi-retired and is now Chairman of the Triangle Board.

Cleo earned a certification in air conditioning and refrigeration from the Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology, in Boston, MA. He has been engaged with multiple organizations over the years, including: The National Commercial Refrigeration Sales Association (Chair from 1986-1988); Ephrata Hospital Board (Treasurer from 1995-1997); and ISE, a Refrigeration and food service buying group located in Florida (Chair from 1996 to 2000). In 1978, Cleo helped found Lititz Area Mennonite School in Lititz, PA, and he was their Chair of the Board for eight years. A long-time active member of ABC Keystone, Cleo has served on Keystone Chapter committees and has been a member of the ABC Keystone Board of Directors since 2014.

In his semi-retirement, Cleo actively serves his church, community organizations and the next family generation as they continue to grow Triangle as a successful family business. He enjoys boating with his family and riding his motorcycle.

New Addition to the 2021 Executive Committee:

SECRETARY – Guy Kingree, (Lancaster), Project Executive, Warfel Construction Company (East Petersburg)
Kingree has been with Warfel Construction Company for 11 years and has served as Project Executive for four years. He has been active with LEED and ABC Keystone, serving on the Events Committee for the Keystone Chapter for the past three years. Elsewhere, Kingree sits on the Construction Committee for Habitat for Humanity (2017-Present). He holds a BS Civil Engineering Degree from Penn State University and currently resides in Lancaster with his wife.

ABC Keystone also welcomes the following new additions to its leadership for 2021:

Ken Funk (Lebanon), Vice President, Arthur Funk & Sons, Inc. (Lebanon)
Funk has been with Arthur Funk & Sons, Inc. for 24 years and has served as Vice President for nearly two years. In the community, he has also served as Vice Chair for the Evangelical Seminar Board of Trustees (2007-2020) and sits on the North Cornwall Township Planning Commission (2016-Present). Funk holds a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University and a MS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech. He currently resides in Lebanon with his wife Julie and their three children.

David H. Oblender (Manheim), Vice President – Partner, Engle-Hambright & Davies, Inc. (Lancaster)
Oblender has been with Engle-Hambright and Davies for 28 years and has served as Account Executive, Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Vice President & Partner. He has been active with the ABC Keystone, serving on the Membership Committee as its Chair (2012-2020). Elsewhere, Oblender has been a member of the Insurance/Risk Management Institute since 1992 and holds the CRIS designation. He has coached both baseball and soccer for various Hempfield Travel teams (1995-2003). Oblender holds a Business Administration Degree from Elizabethtown College and currently resides in Manheim with his family.
