ABC Keystone Adds Three Team Members: Director of Electrical, Regional Member Services Manager – Nittany Valley Office, and Administrative Assistant – Education

Manheim, Pa, June 27—ABC Keystone is pleased to announce the addition of three team members. Keegan Reed (Elizabethtown) has been hired as Director of Electrical, Terri Confer (Howard) as Regional Member Services Manager – Nittany Valley Office, and Annette Carr (Lancaster) as Administrative Assistant – Education.


Keegan Reed, Director of Electrical, has gained over 15 years of experience in the electrical trade with his former employer John E. Fullerton, Inc. He started as an apprentice and spent six years as a foreman before serving as a Project Manager for the past seven years. Keegan is a graduate of the ABC Keystone Electrical Apprenticeship program, has earned his Harrisburg Journeyperson’s license, and is a former ABC National Craft Championships Gold medal winner. For the past four years, Keegan has volunteered on the ABC Keystone Apprenticeship Committee. A graduate from Elizabethtown Area High School, Keegan currently resides in Elizabethtown with his wife, daughter, and son. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family.

Terri Confer, Regional Member Services Manager – Nittany Valley Office, was employed by the former ABC Central PA Chapter as Office Manager for the past 20 years. Following the recent consolidation of the Central PA Chapter into the ABC Keystone Chapter, Terri was hired as a Keystone Chapter staff member to serve in her new role and will continue working out of the Nittany Valley office in Howard, PA. She will provide support services for training and events in the Nittany Valley area. Terri resides in Howard with her two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys many outdoor activities.

Annette Carr, Administrative Assistant – Education, has over twelve years of customer service, sales, accounting, and administrative services experience and has worked in a wide range of settings from manufacturing to water treatment plants, including residential, telecommunications, commercial, industrial, and military applications. She received her associates degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Brookdale College and is AED, CPR, Blood Pathogen, and OSHA certified. She has also served on multiple safety committees during her past employment experience. Previously a New Jersey native, Annette now resides in Lancaster with her husband and three young children. In her spare time, she enjoys concerts, the beach, spending time with family, and is an avid motorcycle rider.
