(MANHEIM, Pa) The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) is pleased to announce that Keith Eldredge, CPA, (Dover), partner at RKL (Mechanicsburg), has been named 2022 Chair of the Board.

Eldredge grew up with several construction workers in his family, spent time on jobsites, and worked on several construction projects. He has provided audit and tax services for construction companies for over 36 years. He is an active member of ABC Keystone, most recently serving as 1st Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the Budget & Finance Committee. He has also served on the Keystone Chapter’s Education Committee (Chair 2014) and both the Legislative and Membership Committees.    

Eldredge has been a member of the Construction Financial Management Association from 1994 to present and earned his CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Person) designation in 2014. This credential recognizes levels of expertise in the profession and professional standards in construction financial management. To earn a CCIFP, applicants must complete testing in the disciplines of Finance, IT, HR, and Law.

Actively involved in many associations over the year, Eldredge has served as President of ACCESS-York (1998-2000) and Leadership York (2001-2002), as well as Treasurer of York Habitat for Humanity (1998-2004) and the Dover Area Soccer Association (1995-2005). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from York College of PA and earned his CPA license in 1989. Eldredge and his wife, Kimberly, live in Dover in York County along with their two dogs. He is an avid sports fan, and he especially enjoys soccer and football as well as cycling and hiking.

New Addition to the 2022 Executive Committee:

SECRETARY – Steven Kearns (Manchester), Vice President, James Craft & Son, Inc. (York Haven)
Kearns has been with James Craft & Son, Inc. for 13 years and has served as Vice President of the company for the past six years. Kearns was an active member of the ABC Keystone Excellence in Construction Committee from 2010-2017. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he currently resides in Manchester, PA, with his wife Melony.


ABC Keystone also welcomes the following new additions to its Board leadership for 2022:

Robb Beiler (Willow Street), Director of Business Development, Quality Buildings LLC (Lancaster)
Beiler has been Director of Preconstruction and BD at Quality Buildings for the past year and has worked in a project management role with two general contractors over the last 10 years. He has been a member of ABC Keystone’s Young Professionals Committee and is currently serving on the Workforce Development Committee. Beiler resides in Willow Street with his wife Leah.

Jeffrey C. Bright (Red Lion), Shareholder, Saxton & Stump Lawyers and Consultants (Lancaster)
Bright has been with Saxton & Stump Lawyers and Consultants for three years where he serves as an attorney and is currently a shareholder. He has been involved with ABC Keystone for eight years and has been a member of the Chapter’s Safety Committee. Bright earned his B.A. degree from Franklin & Marshall College, and his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Previously, Bright served as an attorney at Stock and Leader, Harmon & Davies, P.C. and as attorney/owner of Bright Law Firm. Currently, he lives in Red Lion with his wife, Elizabeth.

Joe Finkey (East Earl), Director of Commercial Sales, Martin’s Flooring, Inc. (Denver)
Finkey has been the Director of Commercial Sales for Marin’s Flooring, Inc. for six years and has been with the company for 16 years. Previously, he worked for Yellow Freight as a City Dispatch Supervisor. As an active member of ABC Keystone, Finkey has served on the Membership Committee from 2016-2021 (Chair 2021). He earned his B.S. degree in Occupational Safety & Hygiene Management from Millersville University. Currently, Finkey lives in Denver with his wife Kim and family.
