(MANHEIM, PA) The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) is pleased to announce the addition of Todd K. Staub as Director of Workforce Development. Todd will be instrumental in continuing ABC Keystone’s construction workforce development efforts and introducing students to the many rewarding and exciting career opportunities in the merit shop construction industry. In this role, Todd will also connect ABC members with future craft professionals to help fill the current skilled worker shortage by providing a continued source of quality and well-trained employees. As Director of Workforce Development, Todd will serve as a resource to link community organizations with ABC employers who offer a variety of career opportunities in the construction industry.

Todd has returned to ABC Keystone (formerly Director, School of Craft Training) after also serving previously as Director of Workforce Development for ABC National, a national trade association of over 70 chapters and 20,000 members nationwide. Most recently, Todd was employed with the Lampeter-Strasburg School District as a substitute teacher and as a sixth-eighth grade Health and Physical Education teacher. He has also been self-employed as the owner of T. K. Staub Home Improvements out of Strasburg, PA. Todd earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has completed Masters coursework in educational methods, technology education, nutrition and coaching at Millersville University and currently holds Pennsylvania Teaching Certifications for Health and Physical Education and Technology Education K-12. Todd currently resides in Strasburg, PA.
