His diverse background\, spanning music production\, operational leadership and community mental health\, provides a practical\, grounded perspective on problem-solving\, resilience and personal support. \nAs program manager for Mental Health America of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties\, Richard focuses on community mental health advocacy and system navigation\, helping individuals and families better understand how to find\, access and use mental health resources.
