DESCRIPTION:Presented by:\n \nManheim Office\n135 Shellyland Road\nManheim\, PA 17545 \n\nThe Total Human Health Symposium will provide employers and industry professionals with practical tools to support the mental\, physical and financial well-being of their employees. \nThe event will feature keynote speaker Richard Maggio\, Program Manager\, Mental Health America of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties\, who will share valuable insights on fostering mental wellness and creating healthier\, more supportive workplaces. \nAttendees will explore a range of important workplace wellness topics\, including: \n\nVitalCog: Suicide Prevention in the Workplace\nVitalCog: Understanding and Addressing Substance Use Disorders in the Workplace\nFinancial wellness\nPhysical wellness\nEmployee assistance programs\n\nDiscover actionable strategies and helpful resources for supporting the whole employee\, strengthening workplace culture and building a healthier\, safer and more resilient workforce. \n\nKeynote Speaker\n\nRichard Maggio\, Program Manager\, Mental Health America of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties\n \nRichard brings 16 years of leadership experience in human services\, program development and behavioral health advocacy. His diverse background\, spanning music production\, operational leadership and community mental health\, provides a practical\, grounded perspective on problem-solving\, resilience and personal support. \nAs program manager for Mental Health America of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties\, Richard focuses on community mental health advocacy and system navigation\, helping individuals and families better understand how to find\, access and use mental health resources.
