Sizemore is tasked with directing ABC’s long-range strategic objectives related to creating an innovative, skilled, productive, healthy and safe workforce. Previously, he served as senior manager of craft development for Zachry Industrial, Inc., San Antonio, Texas, a role in which he provided enterprise-wide workforce development expertise to business development leaders, project management teams and clients. Sizemore has also worked for BE&K, Inc., Birmingham, Ala., with recent roles as a manager of construction training and an employee training manager.
