Ronald H. Pollock, Esq. is a Shareholder and Chair of the Construction Law Group, focuses his practice on construction litigation and has significant experience in insurance and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). His practice involves the representation of business owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and more. Ron specializes in construction litigation, indemnification and bid challenges, and assists in reviewing contracts and agreements to help clients avoid potential lawsuits as a form of risk management. He speaks frequently with industry leaders on topics dealing with construction contract preparation, interpretation and administration. Ron also has extensive experience with personal injury and property damage matters, representing insurance companies and individuals. He has dealt with cases involving toxic tort litigation, mold claims, products liability claims and other product defect litigation on the regional and national level. Additionally, he takes care of catastrophic permanent injury claims and complex workers’ compensation issues. With his ability to interpret various insurance policies and language, he helps resolve conflicts between insurers and insureds.

Jeff Bright, Esq., Saxton & Stump Lawyers & Consultants

Jeffrey C. Bright, Esq. is Senior Counsel at Saxton & Stump and represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, construction managers, and design professionals. He has advised on hundreds of construction contracts for various project delivery methods and routinely assists clients on redlining and negotiating contracts, including the preparation of front-end documents for public and private projects. Jeff also negotiates and litigates construction disputes in federal and state courts, as well as in front of administrative agencies such as the Board of Claims, including breach of contract; construction defect; mechanics’ lien and payment bond claims; delay, disruption, and time impact claims; liquidated damages; change orders; differing site conditions; and insurance and indemnity disputes. He has represented litigants in lawsuits arising from collapsed buildings, sinkholes, and other casualty events, and routinely advises on risk allocation of construction projects.

Erik Hume, Esq., Saxton & Stump Lawyers & Consultants

Erik M. Hume, Esq. is a Shareholder and Chair of Saxton & Stump’s Real Estate Group. In his real estate practice, Erik represents real estate developers, financial institutions, retailers and businesses on a variety of matters including commercial and residential real estate transactions, land development, commercial loan origination and counseling of clients on complex condominium and planned community matters. He regularly takes the lead in complex real estate development projects, including the negotiation of agreements of sale, coordinating due diligence, obtaining entitlements and managing the closing process. He currently serves as chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and has previously been invited to give testimony on behalf of the association before the Pennsylvania Senate Urban Affairs and Housing Committees.

Katy Landis, Esq., Saxton & Stump Lawyers & Consultants

Katy S. Landis, Esq. focuses her practice on the construction and insurance industries. She advises owners, contractors, and subcontractors on risk mitigation and drafts, reviews, and revises construction contracts, subcontracts, releases, and waivers. She also litigates claims arising from construction-related disputes, including breach of contract and mechanics’ liens. In addition, Katy assists the White Collar Defense and Internal Investigations practice groups where she has conducted internal investigations related to allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment.

Kerryn Fulton, C.S. Davidson, Inc.

Kerryn Fulton is the President and CEO of C.S. Davidson, a civil engineering firm with offices in Lancaster, York, and Gettysburg.  She’s been with the firm since 2001 and is a licensed structural engineer.  Earlier in her career at C.S. Davidson, Kerryn worked on a number of notable local projects, including the renovation of Martin Library in York, the Gettysburg National Park Museum and Visitor’s Center, and the Dallastown Intermediate School.  In 2012 Kerryn was appointed as C.S. Davidson’s Chief Operating Officer, and in 2016 she became the sixth President and CEO of the firm.  In a volunteer capacity Kerryn serves on the York County Industrial Development Authority Board and the York College Civil Engineering Advisory Board.  Kerryn grew up in Port Royal, Pennsylvania and attended college at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

 

Scott Wengrenovich, Murray

Scott Wengrenovich, AU, AINS is an Account Executive, Construction Solutions at Murray. Scott specializes in the construction industry and has a client base that is approximately 95% construction firms. In addition, Scott is chair of the workforce development committee at ABC Keystone and president of the board of the American Subcontractors Association of Central Pennsylvania. He is also actively involved in the Inter County Contractors Association for site contractors and related trades. Some of Scott’s previous positions include workers compensation insurance at Eastern Alliance and underwriting all lines of coverage for the states of Maryland and Delaware at Donegal Mutual. Scott graduated from Penn State in 2009 with accounting degree and legal environment of business minor.
