In addition to being a licensed psychologist and board-certified clinical neuropsychologist, Dixon brings business leadership experience in ownership, governance, and management roles. With a strong foundation in leadership development, organizational dynamics and climate assessment, change management, employee engagement, and performance/sports psychology, he is familiar with the challenges of leading well and functioning optimally when change, personality and value clashes, or lack of teamwork disrupt organizational and personal equilibrium.
