ABC’s Executive Leader Peer Group has proven to be an invaluable resource for CEOs and top-level decision-makers representing companies of diverse size and industry. The first half of the workshop will consist of an introduction and instruction on the subject of the day, and the second half will be spent focused on real world application. This could include case studies, attendee trouble shooting, best practice sharing, and peer coaching.

Topics of Discussion:
Each peer group meeting will have a professional facilitator guide the group through the ideas, questions, and applications. There will also be an opportunity to choose action steps, follow up plans and accountability feedback. Every attendee will be challenged to contribute and provide insight to insure maximum return on time invested.
