Stephen J. Fleury Jr., Esq., is an attorney at Saxton & Stump and focuses his practice in the Labor and Employment Group. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Steve has counseled clients on the FFCRA Act, rapidly evolving FMLA, EEOC, CDC, UC and WC regulations and guidelines, and wage and hour issues.
Erik Hume, Esq. is an attorney at Saxton & Stump and focuses his practice in the Real Estate and Business & Corporate Groups. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Erik has been working with clients to navigate through challenges they face, including providing advice on PPP loans and CARES Act programs, landlord/tenant issues and the effect of the pandemic on commercial agreements.
Dan Massey, CPA, Principal, Assurance Division, Walz Group, oversees the Assurance Division of the firm, which handles all financial statements of firm clients.
