Instructors:
Shawn Buckwalter, CPE, Director of Preconstruction, EG Stoltzfus Construction, LLC, brings more than 35 years of residential and commercial construction experience to the table. As Director of Preconstruction, he serves as a key leader in the entire work acquisition process including extensive client contact, management, coordination and delivery of the preconstruction phases of the project. After working in the trades for several years, Shawn began his estimating career with a wall and ceiling subcontractor in 1984. He has been providing preconstruction, estimating and project management services for subcontractors and general contractors ever since. He is an active member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and a Passive House Certified Builder.

Price includes: three hours of instruction, hands-on activities and course materials
