The day includes a module on common infectious agents in healthcare construction and concludes with a 25-question exam requiring a 70% score to pass. Successful participants receive a certificate\, photo ID card\, and hard hat sticker. Day 1 can be taken alone if you’ll work within existing containment areas. \nDay 2\nIn this hands-on exercise\, participants will complete an ICRA permit and construct a negative pressure containment with an anteroom and manometer. They will also build a soft wall containment using supporting poles and attachments. Participants should bring basic tools for construction\, as well as their hard hat\, safety glasses\, and gloves.
