Non-compliance with these requirements may result in being denied entry into the training and no refund will be issued. \n\nSeminar Overview:\nThis operator certification class is designed to train operators to better identify and address hazards in the workplace\, improve safe operation\, and protect coworkers\, materials/structures\, and equipment. \n\nWho Should Attend:\nAll users/operators of rough terrain forklifts will benefit from this course. \n\nBenefits of Attending: \n\nObtain certification to operate a rough-terrain forklift\nImplement safety techniques learned in class on the job\nUnderstand how to use the equipment safely while reducing injuries\, product\, structural\, and equipment damage\n\nHands-on training: Each participant will demonstrate their skills on a forklift outside. \n\nInstructor: \n \nCarley Smith\, Carley Smith Safety Consulting \nCarley is a graduate of Millersville University with a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Management bringing over 20 years of safety\, industrial hygiene\, workers compensation and fleet safety experience to the firm. \nAs an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer\, she specializes in on-site OSHA compliant safety training\, as well as compliance consultation and program development. Years of manufacturing and construction site safety inspections have shaped her proactive approach to incident and injury reduction\, ultimately creating a safer work environment for your team. She believes improving safety culture through employee involvement on all levels is paramount to creating a mindful approach. \nCarley is NCCCO trained\, a Pennsylvania Certified Accident and Illness Prevention Provider\, ECSI Certified CPR/1st Aid/AED Trainer\, as well as an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer.
