Apprenticeship Program Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our Apprenticeship and Craft Training programs. This individual will interact with internal staff, association members, students, general public and other education professionals. Important skills are strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in multiple databases. This is a full-time position, M-F, 7 am – 4 pm.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge or experience in the construction industry is not required but is considered beneficial
