Meet Kyle!

What role do you play in your organization?
I am the operations coordinator for CB Construction Services, Inc. Working in a small business, I wear many hats within this position which include estimating, social media, marketing, and human resources.

Why do you wake up and go to work every day?
Going to work each day provides an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. It is exciting to watch the fast-moving industry, as well as our company’s position in it. As a small business, days are very fluid and create an exciting environment to work in.

How has your involvement in ABC Keystone provided you value in your professional life?
For several years, I have predominantly taken advantage of the vast educational opportunities offered by ABC Keystone. Of these, the Leadership Development Series and the Superintendent Training Series are among my favorites. Moreover, ABC Keystone also provides a viable opportunity to network with individuals and companies from all corners of the construction industry and related businesses.

What are your hobbies?
Aside from spending my free time with my wife, son, daughter, and two dogs, much of my time is consumed by my newfound love for golf and other forms of staying active. I have been an advocate for health and fitness aiding in overall personal progression that has exponential benefits.

What is the last book you read?
Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win
by Jacko Willink and Leif Babin

What was your favorite concert to attend?
My favorite concert that I attended, along with my mother and brother, was an Eric Church concert in Greensboro, NC. Aside from the great concert, the road trip to North Carolina made the experience something that I fondly look back upon.
