All ’Bout Construction Girls Camp inspires the next generation of women in construction through hands-on activities, local jobsite visits, and interactive projects. Participants hear firsthand from women in the industry, gaining insight into career opportunities, real-world experiences, and why construction is a career they love.
Our mission is to educate, strengthen, and amplify the success of women in the construction industry.
- Girls ages 14–19 are invited to explore rewarding careers in construction through hands-on activities and mentorship from industry professionals.
- Applicants must live within one of the 35 counties served by ABC Keystone in central Pennsylvania.
- Campers will explore multiple construction trades, build real-world skills in problem-solving and teamwork, complete a take-home project, and take part in local field trips.

Help inspire the next generation of women in construction! ABC Keystone is seeking women in the trades to volunteer at our All ’Bout Construction Girls Camp, serving girls ages 14–19.
The camp runs June 8–11, 2026, from 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. at the ABC Keystone facility and features hands-on activities, mentorship, and career exploration. Share your story, guide young learners, and be part of an experience that can change a life—and the industry.
