All ’bout Construction Girls Camp educates and engages young girls so they can explore the industry through hands-on activities and learn from women in the industry. In addition to learning more about the trades, the girls will visit local job sites hosted by construction companies in the area. They will also have the opportunity to build take-home projects and participate in two-panel discussions featuring women who will share how and why they got into construction and why they love the industry.

Our mission is to educate, strengthen, and amplify the success of women in the construction industry. 

• Girls ages 14-19 have the opportunity to explore careers in construction through inspiration and mentoring from industry professionals.
• Applicants must reside in one of 33 counties within the ABC Keystone footprint in central Pennsylvania.

• Build a take-home project & attend local field trips.
