ABC Keystone Announces Key Leadership Promotions

Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Keystone Chapter today announced the promotion of three key staff members to leadership positions, reinforcing the association’s commitment to excellence in workforce development, financial stewardship, and operational growth.
Emily Winslow has been promoted to Vice President of Career Development, Events, and Marketing/Communications. In this capacity, she will oversee the organization’s continuing education and upskilling initiatives, ensuring upward mobility for ABC Keystone members. Additionally, Winslow will lead the association’s membership events, sponsorship opportunities, and all related marketing efforts. She previously served as Director of Events and Sponsorships before being named Director of Career Development.
John Zander has been promoted from Vice President of Business & Finance to Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Zander will oversee ABC Keystone’s adherence to non-profit accounting standards and its related Apprenticeship Trust. His leadership in financial management will ensure the continued fiscal health of the organization. Prior to joining ABC Keystone, Zander was with the United Way of York County as their VP of Finance & Business Administration.
Stephanie Larkin has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Formerly serving as Vice President of Education, Safety & Workforce Development, Larkin’s new role will expand her responsibilities to include the administration of staff and management of ABC Keystone’s facilities, further enhancing the organization’s operational efficiency.
