What do you consider to be your company’s greatest achievement?
Our greatest achievement is the experience we provide to our clients, made possible through our people and the unique culture of Warfel that has developed and evolved since 1911. We have grown and been successful over time by honoring our mission and values and being grounded in doing the right thing.

How do you measure the success of your company?
The satisfaction of our clients and employees is the true measure of our success. It is important to us to ensure our clients have a positive experience with Warfel at all touchpoints and stages of a project and beyond. We are continually focused on nurturing our existing Client for Life relationships and building new ones. Another priority for us is our employees. We strive to create a positive, safe, environment where they can grow and develop both professionally and personally.

What are your top 3 goals for your company?
1. Achieving our mission of Clients for Life by emulating our core values in all that we do to expand our ability to serve new clients and offer best-in-class service.
2. Maintaining a culture that creates opportunities for our employees to learn, grow, be challenged, and evolve as professionals and people.
3. Holding safety as a top priority in delivering our projects to ensure employees, trade partners, suppliers, and clients leave work each day in the same condition that they arrived.

How has being a founding ABC Member made an impact on your company?
As an active member of ABC Keystone, we have had the opportunity to network with various industry partners and become involved in the construction community throughout our history. Our partnership has put many employees through the apprenticeship program, which supports our dedication to training and education. Additionally, it has allowed us to be a local leader in the industry. This has made us even more productive at serving the evolving needs of our clients.

What advice would you to potential and current ABC Members?
Doing the hard work the right way pays off. Also, take advantage of the opportunities to build relationships, learn, and lead. Our industry needs our continued support as it evolves.
