Kim Lam | Digital Marketing Manager

Please join us in welcoming Kim Lam to the ABC Keystone team! Kim joins us as our new Digital Marketing Manager, bringing a background that spans creative marketing agencies, the nonprofit sector, and workforce development. Across these roles, she has built a talent for storytelling and for strengthening communities through thoughtful, purpose-driven communications. Kim is also a graduate of the Leadership Lancaster Core Class of 2026, where she sharpened her leadership skills, connected with a network of local peers, and embraced a philosophy of leading with empathy and a growth mindset. In her new role, Kim will help raise awareness of ABC Keystone’s services, share our members’ success stories, and support the ongoing effort to build a strong labor force for the trades, all in service of what we’re here to do: “Lead, Champion, and Serve the Construction Industry.”
What part of your role are you most excited about?
Getting to work alongside passionate professionals in the field. Nonprofit work is meaningful to me because the goal is service, not sales, and that’s exactly what ABC Keystone is doing. The services and advocacy support businesses, and those businesses support people and families across our communities. Being part of that is what excites me most.
What’s a skill or strength you bring to the team?
I built my communications skills at marketing agencies serving global brands like Pepsi and KFC, then applied them to brand awareness and digital marketing for nonprofit organizations. I’m looking forward to bringing that perspective here and helping grow ABC Keystone’s digital community.
What do you hope to contribute to ABC’s mission?
I hope to grow ABC Keystone’s reach and make sure our members’ stories are told well. There are businesses that would benefit from our services and young people who would thrive in the trades, and many of them simply haven’t heard of us yet. Strong, consistent communications can close that gap.
What drew you to work in the construction industry?
Through my work in workforce development, I had the chance to meet construction companies and professionals across Lancaster County. Hearing their stories of long tenures, hard-earned skills, and mentorship and apprenticeship journeys made me want to be more involved in strengthening the industry and expanding its efforts to build the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Food is my love language. I enjoy hosting and cooking for family and friends.
