How did you get involved with Delta Electronics?
My company, March Networks, was purchased by Delta Electronics in 2022. I served at March Networks as Global Leader of Product Management, having
over 25 years of experience in the Physical Security market, but I accepted a position in a newly formed group focusing on the Smart Building Market.

What is the best part about the work you do?
Working to help organizations design buildings for a better world for generations to come.

What is the best business advice you’ve ever received?
Listen first to understand who your customers are and how to make them successful before offering them any solution.
