Actalent is a talent solutions company specializing in engineering and sciences. Formerly a part of Aerotek, Actalent has been in the Engineering and Sciences space since our founding in 1983. Our Central PA team focuses in this area for skill sets in Construction Management, Engineering, and Architecture.

I have been with Actalent for 3-1/2 years, where I first started as a recruiter and was later promoted into the AEC sector in July 2020. I have fallen in love with the construction and engineering industry because I gets to see what my clients work on every day by just driving down the road. Many people are not thinking of engineering or construction when leaving high school, and I want to change that!
