ABC Keystone Chapter and Traditions Bank, A Division of ACNB Bank are joining together to celebrate hard-working women who’ve chosen a career in construction! From electricians, plumbers and superintendents to the estimators, project managers and company owners who build America, we applaud you! Traditions Bank is helping our next generation of women jump start their careers.
Traditions Bank strives to have a meaningful impact on their customers and their communities. As a result, we are proud to offer two (2) scholarships, each for $1,000, to those pursuing their dreams in the construction industry.

Eligibility
- Eligible applicants: women from Adams, Lancaster, or York Counties
- Intended for those seeking post-secondary education
- Scholarship funds can be used for tuition or trade tools
- Preferred applicants should:
– Have completed at least 5 hours of job shadowing, internship, or co-op in the past year
– Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
– Demonstrate meaningful involvement in a community organization
