Designed for individuals new to the construction industry or seeking to expand their knowledge, this comprehensive introduction provides an overview of the industry, key players, regulatory environment, and project workflows. Participants will leave with a clear roadmap of how projects progress from concept to completion and how various components interconnect within the construction lifecycle.
