Description:
The Microsoft Project – Intermediate course builds on foundational skills to help users manage more complex projects efficiently. It covers advanced task management like creating subtasks, split tasks, and setting total project duration. Learners will explore multiple project views, customize timelines, and format Gantt charts for clearer project visualization. The course also focuses on resource management, including creating resource pools, assigning costs, and leveling resources automatically.
Participants will gain skills in sorting, filtering, consolidating projects, and working with multiple files simultaneously. Tracking progress and updating schedules with actual data are key topics, along with understanding and managing critical tasks and the critical path. This course empowers users to handle detailed project planning and monitoring confidently.

Must have Windows and mouse proficiency

The Microsoft Project Series is a structured training program designed to equip learners with the skills needed to effectively plan, manage, and track projects using Microsoft Project. Starting with the basics, the series guides users through creating and organizing projects, scheduling tasks, managing resources, and monitoring progress. As learners advance, they explore more complex features like linking tasks, setting baselines, using various project views, customizing reports, and optimizing project timelines. Whether you’re new to project management or looking to enhance your skills, this series provides the practical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to manage real-world projects efficiently and professionally.
