The Total Human Health Symposium will provide employers and industry professionals with practical tools to support the mental, physical and financial well-being of their employees.

The event will feature keynote speaker Richard Maggio, Program Manager, Mental Health America of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties, who will share valuable insights on fostering mental wellness and creating healthier, more supportive workplaces.

Keynote Speaker

Richard Maggio, Program Manager, Mental Health America of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties

Richard brings 16 years of leadership experience in human services, program development and behavioral health advocacy. His diverse background, spanning music production, operational leadership and community mental health, provides a practical, grounded perspective on problem-solving, resilience and personal support.

As program manager for Mental Health America of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties, Richard focuses on community mental health advocacy and system navigation, helping individuals and families better understand how to find, access and use mental health resources. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Immaculata University and is passionate about equipping individuals, families and workplaces with practical tools and clear guidance for navigating complex health systems and building strong support networks.
