Monica has been part of the Associated Builders and Contractors since March 2010, where she has held various roles and currently serves as the Senior Director of Chapter Development. In this capacity, she collaborates with the association’s 69 chapters, conducting Board Orientations, Chapter Accreditation, Chapter Staff Orientation, and facilitating Strategic Planning.
