ABC Keystone Awards Top Contractors for Excellence in Construction

The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) recognized outstanding member contractor firms at the 36th annual Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards Gala on Nov. 6, 2025, at Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim, Pennsylvania. The event honored top regional projects completed by ABC Keystone members over the past year.

Excellence in Construction Project of the Year Award
The evening’s highest honor, the Project of the Year (POY) Eagle Award, recognizes a project that demonstrates an exceptional “wow” factor based on community impact, client satisfaction, design features, and overall distinction or prominence.

Leonard S. Fiore, Inc., received the 2025 Project of the Year Award for its Scholar Nittany Lion Inn project in State College, Pa., submitted in the Renovation Over $5 Million category. ABC Keystone extends its congratulations to the entire Leonard S. Fiore, Inc., team for their commitment to quality construction and excellence in the merit shop industry.
