Football season is here, and there’s no better way to celebrate than at ABC Keystone’s Annual Tailgate Party! Join fellow members for an evening of networking, friendly competition, great food, and tailgate fun.

Whether you’re showing off your award-winning chili, smoked BBQ, or homebrew, competing in the cornhole tournament, or simply enjoying the festivities, this is one of ABC Keystone’s most anticipated member events of the year.

Event Highlights:

Chili Cook-Off
Showcase your best chili! Please prepare enough to serve 150 people.

Smoke-Off Competition
Think your brisket is the best in town? Join us at the Smoke-Off and throw down your tongs against fellow BBQ lovers in a tasty, smoky battle for glory — just prepare your meat off-site and finish it during vendor setup for judging. Please prepare enough to serve 150 people.

Homebrew Competition
Got a homebrew you’re proud of? Register in advance and bring enough for 150 people to sample.

Cornhole Tournament
Team up and test your skills in our double-elimination cornhole tournament with cash prizes for the top finishers.

Themed Booth Competition
Decorate your booth, show off your team spirit, and compete for the best tailgate theme.

Chili Cook-Off, Smoke-Off & Homebrew Competition

• Awards are given in two categories:
• Fan Favorite: Determined by attendee votes.
• Best Overall: Selected by a judging panel.
• Power Source: Please bring your own
• Booth Setup: Choose a theme, serve additional tailgate foods, and decorate
• Space Options: Use your company vehicle or set up a themed booth in the designated area
• Provided by ABC:
• Two 18-inch x 8-foot tables per display
• Tasting cups
•  Forks
• Napkins

Cornhole Tournament: Grab a partner and compete for cash prizes and bragging rights!

• Max 32 Teams
• Double-Elimination Tournament
• Cash prize payouts for 1^st, 2^nd, & 3^rd place teams

Registration Date: Seven days prior to the session date

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately.

• Cancellations received less than 7 days before the start of the class cannot be refunded; substitutions are permitted.

Payment Options:

• ABC Members: Select the option to be invoiced.
• Non-members:
  Please pay at the time of registration either via credit card payment online or by calling the Chapter office: (717) 653-8106.

Important Note: EIN: 23-1618254 – Contributions or gifts are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, payments may be deductible by members as an ordinary, necessary business expense. See your accountant for details.
