This session explores the critical early stages of construction projects, emphasizing how thoughtful planning and team assembly during due diligence can streamline your path to a successful build. You’ll learn how to anticipate challenges related to zoning, permitting, and environmental regulations, and how to manage the transition to long-term project ownership proactively. With increasing regulatory oversight, understanding these steps upfront can help reduce costs, minimize delays, and limit long-term liabilities, such as stormwater facility maintenance.
