Michael Greenfield

Michael concentrates his practice in labor and employment law, providing both counseling and litigation services. He handles all traditional labor law matters, including union avoidance, election petitions and campaigns, collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration proceedings, unfair labor practice charges, and hearings before the National Labor Relations Board. Michael also defends and counsel’s businesses through all manner of employment issues including discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes and compliance with government regulations.

 

Gale McLean, PHR, SHRM-CP
President, Contractor Benefits Group LLC

Gale McLean founded Contractor Benefits Group, LLC after seeing a need for fringe benefit options in the region.  Gale has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, having functioned in the areas of finance and human resources. She has been active on the ABC Keystone chapter’s Education Committee for many years, facilitates several HR Peer Groups, and is a frequent speaker on the subject of prevailing wage compliance.

 

Tom Santa Barbara, AIF, CPFA 
Senior Vice President, Direct Advisors, a division of
HUB Retirement and Wealth Management

Tom started his career over 40 years ago in the insurance and employee benefit business that took him from Boston to California and finally back home to the Albany, NY area. In 1999, Tom purchased a third party administration business that provided bona fide benefit plans to merit-shop construction companies subject to prevailing wage regulations. He turned that business into Direct Advisors, LLC.
