2027 ABC Project Management Institute
Build the skills to manage construction projects more effectively. The ABC Project Management Institute is an 80-hour, interactive program developed by experienced ABC members and Kirk Alter to address the needs of today’s contractors.
Through practical examples and case studies, participants will explore the many responsibilities involved in project management and learn ways to improve profitability, productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
Who Should Attend?
This program is for ABC member company owners, project managers, estimators and other employees involved in managing construction projects. Participants must be affiliated with an ABC member company.
Schedule
The program includes an opening dinner on Monday evening of Week 1. Classes run Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m.–9 p.m., during both weeks. A closing banquet takes place Friday evening of Week 2.
Registration
The cost is $4,750 per attendee and includes meals, course materials, a welcome dinner and closing banquet.
The institute requires a significant time commitment. Participants should be fully available for the entire program, disconnected from work duties, and prepared to complete homework and assignments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 60 days before the first session may receive a refund or transfer credit toward a future 2027 ABC Project Management Institute. Refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the first session, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Participants who attend the first week but cannot attend the second week forfeit their space and registration fee. ABC may cancel the program due to low enrollment up to 30 days before it begins. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to meetings@abc.org.
