All ‘Bout Construction Camp for Girls is a free, four-day program designed for middle and high school girls. It offers hands-on activities and insights into the construction industry for young girls. Participants will visit local job sites, build take-home projects, and hear from women professionals about their careers and love for the field.
Our mission is to educate, strengthen, and amplify the success of women in the construction industry.
- Girls ages 14-19 have the opportunity to explore careers in construction through inspiration and mentoring from industry professionals.
- Applicants must reside in one of 35 counties within the ABC Keystone footprint in central Pennsylvania.
- Experience several construction trades while building skills through multiple hands-on activities.
- Gain effectiveness in problem-solving and managing team dynamics through individual and group activities.
- Build a take-home project & attend local field trips.

Help inspire the next generation of women in construction! ABC Keystone is seeking women in the trades to volunteer at our All ’Bout Construction Girls Camp, serving girls ages 14–19.
The camp runs June 8–11, 2026, from 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. at the ABC Keystone facility and features hands-on activities, mentorship, and career exploration. Share your story, guide young learners, and be part of an experience that can change a life—and the industry.
