Her role encompasses sales, marketing, and client service. She is also a sought-after speaker on prevailing wage compliance. Gale particularly enjoys engaging with plan participants and assisting them in accessing their benefits.

Tom Santa Barbara brings more than 25 years of expertise in plan design, fiduciary investment management and benefit plans for organizations subject to prevailing wage regulations. He founded Direct Advisors, which was acquired by HUB International in 2022.

Tom holds AIF® and CPFA® designations and serves as chairman of the board for the Empire State Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. He is a graduate of Penn State University.
