Jim’s passion is to help organizations improve and to partner with individuals to grow and develop. He does this through providing services in the areas of human resources compliance, training, staffing, executive search, HR program reviews and audits, employee engagement surveys, leadership coaching and development, performance management, and many other human resources areas. Jim has more than 20 years of executive-level human resources experience with companies of varying industries and sizes. Additionally, he has senior operational leadership experience and has served on and led several organization boards. Jim holds a Master of Business Administration with concentration in human resources management from Penn State University, as well as a bachelor’s in secondary education from Millersville University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
