STP 6: Risk Management and Problem Solving
Part of the Superintendent Training Program (STP)

Description:
The program covers supervisory skills, including leadership, communication, and project management. It also includes training in contract administration, problem-solving, and risk management. All units are required for certification and can be completed in any order.

• Evaluate risks related to equipment, materials, manpower, and aggressive scheduling.
