FreeManheim Office
135 Shellyland Road
Manheim, PA 17545
Superintendents carry significant leadership responsibilities, from making tough decisions in the field and managing crews to solving problems under pressure. Yet, they often have few opportunities to connect with peers who truly understand the demands of the role.
ABC Keystone’s new Superintendent Peer Group provides field leaders with a trusted network where they can share experiences, discuss challenges and learn from one another.
Superintendents, owners and HR professionals are encouraged to attend this informational session. Superintendents will learn how the program can support their professional growth, while owners and HR professionals will discover how peer support can strengthen leadership, improve morale, increase retention and build stronger teams.
Join us to learn how this program can support your superintendents and benefit your entire organization.
