ABC Keystone’s Superintendent Peer Group gives construction superintendents a trusted, collaborative environment to connect with peers who understand the challenges of field leadership. Participants can exchange ideas, share jobsite experiences and explore practical solutions to the issues facing today’s construction leaders.
Through facilitated discussions and peer-to-peer learning, superintendents will strengthen their construction leadership, communication and problem-solving skills while building a valuable professional network.
Participants will have opportunities to:
- Discuss common construction management and jobsite leadership challenges
- Share best practices with fellow construction superintendents
- Strengthen leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Improve crew management, productivity and employee engagement
- Explore strategies for handling conflict and difficult conversations
- Address scheduling, planning, safety and workforce challenges
- Build confidence and accountability as a field leader
- Develop trusted relationships with industry peers
Who Should Participate?
The Superintendent Peer Group is designed for construction superintendents and experienced field leaders who want to enhance their jobsite leadership, team management, communication, problem-solving and construction management skills through ongoing peer collaboration and professional development.
ABC Keystone Contractor Peer Groups are exclusively available to ABC Keystone members.

Register for the complete series to build lasting relationships, exchange practical ideas and gain valuable insights from construction superintendents who understand the challenges of field leadership.
Facilitator:

Jeff Witmer, of Pathway Business Advisors, founded and grew a leading nationwide business that achieved over $16 million in sales and employed 62 people, all while becoming profitable within just 8 months of launch. He is currently an owner and partner at Pathway Business Advisors. Jeff is a seasoned expert in numerous areas of business management and systems, including team development, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, and information technology.
