Description:

Texting or talking?? They are not the same!

Technology has certainly changed how we communicate. We know who is calling and decide if we’ll answer. We expect instant returns of texts and e-mails. So, maybe our devices connect, but we don’t. This session will dive into the basics of human-to-human connecting and communicating.

Topics Covered:

  • Are we mindful of our communication with another person?
  • Are we reluctant to pick up the phone?
  • Do we know how to use the video platforms to our advantage?
  • We’ll discuss asking the right questions to understand.
  • Listening to understand.
  • Reading the non-verbal language

  • Cancellations received less than 7 days before the start of the class cannot be refunded; substitutions are permitted.
