Description:
We certainly can’t avoid conflict today, but the more we understand it, the better we might manage it. Some conflicts managed well can help an organization grow. Most conflict is more likely to tear down. By having a model to navigate conflict, we can use more energy to create the best-fit solutions. In this event, we focus on:
-
- Root Causes of Conflict – if we don’t understand the root cause, we’re probably working on the wrong end of the problem.
- We’ll map out our Five Steps of Conflict Resolution.
- Understand what Ego state we must be in and our “default” state.
- Map out the players in conflict and stay out of the “game.”
