Description:
- Recognize the roles and responsibilities of all contracted parties on a project.
- Understand how contract documents can help solve problems and conflicts as they arise on the jobsite.
- Develop positive relationships with construction partners to reduce time impacts.
- Establish good documentation practices and site management processes.
Superintendent Training Program (STP)
The program covers supervisory skills, including leadership, communication, and project management. It also includes training in contract administration, problem-solving, and risk management. All units are required for certification and can be completed in any order.

Instructor:
Jeffrey C. Bright, Esquire, Offit Kurman Attorneys at Law, is a construction lawyer who focuses on construction matters, civil litigation, employment law, and real estate development and disputes. He has litigated cases in federal and state courts and in front of administrative agencies. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and California. Before joining Offit Kurman, Jeff practiced at Saxton & Stump and owned Bright Law Firm PLLC, a boutique firm in Lancaster, PA, focused on the construction industry. Attorney Bright holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was Editor-In-Chief of the Law Review.
