• Evaluate risks related to equipment, materials, manpower, and aggressive scheduling.
• Minimize loss from theft, fire, weather, and security issues.
• Create a crisis management plan for your team and site.
• Understand insurance requirements and costs associated with accidents.

Superintendent Training Program (STP)
The program covers supervisory skills, including leadership, communication, and project management. It also includes training in contract administration, problem-solving, and risk management. All units are required for certification and can be completed in any order.

6 Session Series * Classes cycle continuously, join any time at series rate.

STP: Contract Documents | Starts March 6, 2025
STP: Leadership and Motivation | Starts April 24, 2025
STP: Improving Productivity & Managing Project Costs | Starts September 18, 2025
STP: Communications | Starts October 2, 2025
STP: Risk Management & Problem Solving | Starts October 30, 2025

Cancellations received less than 7 days of the start of class cannot be refunded; substitutions are permitted.

ABC Members may select the option to be invoiced.
