ABC Keystone’s Leading Across Generations course provides practical leadership strategies for understanding generational differences and creating a more collaborative, productive and engaged workforce.
This interactive leadership development training will help participants adapt their approach, improve workplace communication and build stronger connections among employees at every stage of their careers.

Leadership in Action Series

This five-part leadership development program provides interactive training focused on effective communication, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, workplace culture and leadership performance.
Through practical exercises, group discussions and real-world applications, participants will learn how to navigate leadership challenges, build stronger professional relationships and apply effective leadership strategies in the workplace.

Instructor:

Witmer, of Pathway Business Advisors, founded and grew a leading nationwide business that achieved over $16 million in sales and employed 62 people, all while becoming profitable within just 8 months of launch. He is currently an owner and partner at Pathway Business Advisors. Jeff is a seasoned expert in numerous areas of business management and systems, including team development, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, and information technology.
