Controlling Costs and Increasing Productivity on the Jobsite. | Learn about the pre-construction process, bid review and “killer” clauses. Understand the importance of the budget, goals, estimates, takeoffs, contracting partners, look-ahead schedules and pre-planning checklist. Develop a cost management plan and bill of materials and learn the importance of jobsite record keeping. Avoid loss of productivity pitfalls and factors that lead to them. Understand the cost of equipment, labor and steps to maximizing productivity. Gain skills managing project contractor partners and working together as a team with common goals. | Class frequently sells out! All six units needed for STP certification. Units do not need to be taken in order.
