Gain valuable insight into your behavioral and communication style through a DiSC® assessment. The DiSC behavioral framework identifies four primary styles that influence how people communicate, approach their work and interact with others. This interactive leadership development training will help participants understand their natural strengths, recognize the preferences of others and adapt their approach to build stronger workplace relationships.

This professional development course is designed for emerging and experienced leaders, supervisors, managers, project managers, foremen and other professionals who want to improve leadership communication, workplace relationships, conflict resolution, teamwork and employee engagement.

Instructor:

Jeff Witmer, of Pathway Business Advisors, founded and grew a leading nationwide business that achieved over $16 million in sales and employed 62 people, all while becoming profitable within just 8 months of launch. He is currently an owner and partner at Pathway Business Advisors. Jeff is a seasoned expert in numerous areas of business management and systems, including team development, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, and information technology.
