ABC Keystone Hires Stephanie Larkin as Vice President of Education, Safety & Workforce Development

(MANHEIM, PA) The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) is pleased to announce the addition of Stephanie Larkin as Vice President of Education, Safety & Workforce Development. In this role, Stephanie will supervise and coordinate the day to day management of the Chapter’s Education Department, as well as lead the ABC Keystone Workforce Development initiative, in accordance with the Strategic Plan. Stephanie will be tasked with finding new ways to encourage people (youth and adults) to seek employment within the construction industry. She will promote the importance of education, safety and workforce development to all members and potential construction members within the Chapter’s footprint.

Stephanie most recently served the PA Workforce Development Board as Director, a position appointed by the governor to lead the advisory body on cultivating a strong workforce development system aligned with state education policies and economic development goals. Previously, she has worked for business trade associations, including PA Manufacturers’ Association, PA Chamber of Business & Industry, National Federation of Independent Business and the PA Builders Association. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science & International Studies from York College of Pennsylvania and an Associate of Arts in Communications from Harrisburg Area Community College. Born and raised in the Harrisburg area, she currently resides in Lemoyne.

ABC Keystone Hires Ross Deihm, CPA as Controller

The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) is pleased to announce the addition of Ross Deihm, CPA as Controller. In this role, Ross will handle high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and all financial activities of the company, including related companies. Ross will be working alongside the Chapter’s current CFO, Julianne C. Chester, until her retirement in September, at which time Ross will fully take over all financial duties for the Chapter. Ross most recently served as an accountant for High Company and before that as a Senior Accountant for Walz Group. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ross currently resides in Ephrata with his wife.

ABC Keystone Hires Michele Cook as Member Services Coordinator

The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) is pleased to announce the addition of Michele Cook as Member Services Coordinator. In this role, Michele is looking forward to assisting members and providing administrative support to the Membership Department at ABC Keystone. Michele most recently served as office manager for a local automobile dealership and also as their title clerk. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from York College of Pennsylvania. Michele currently resides in Wrightsville with her husband and son.
