(MANHEIM, PA.) The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) is pleased to announce the addition of David G. Greineder, IOM, as Director of Government Affairs. In this role, David will manage the Government Affairs Program for ABC Keystone and ABC Pennsylvania (ABC PA). This includes all legislative advocacy, legal rights, PAC, grassroots and government affairs activities for ABC Keystone and ABC PA. (Within Pennsylvania, ABC PA is comprised of five chapters that offer construction related skills training and advocate for free enterprise and the merit shop philosophy throughout the Commonwealth).

David brings 20 years of senior-level government and non-profit experience to his Government Affairs role with ABC Keystone. Most recently, David served as the Pennsylvania government relations director for the American Heart Association. Prior to that, he was Director of Legislative Affairs at the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry.

Before his job experience in Harrisburg, David worked in Washington, D.C. as the National Legislative Director for AMVETS (American Veterans), a leading veteran service organization and served as a senior legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives.

David earned a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in political science from Millersville University. He also holds an “Institute for Organization Management” certificate from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which signifies nearly 100 hours in non-profit management and leadership training.

David lives in Mount Joy, Lancaster County, with his wife, Julina, and their two children.
